RETURN AND REFUND
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
Return Policy:
- Eligibility: Products eligible for returns will be clearly indicated on our website, subject to change without prior notice.
- Conditions: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and with tags intact. Deliberately damaged items will not be accepted.
- Refund Terms: Refunds will only be issued if the product is returned in the same condition as received, with original packaging intact.
- Return Period: Requests for returns must be made within the specified return period, as per our policies.
Refund Policy:
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10-12 days from the acceptance of the return. Please contact us if it takes longer.
- Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details for the refund process.
Return Process:
- Customers can initiate a return by logging into their account using the same email ID used for the purchase. They can navigate to “My Account” > “Orders” to find the refund option for eligible products within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Customers need to select the product for return, provide reasons, and attach photos if necessary to initiate the refund process.
Exceptions and Special Cases:
- Clearance items and personalized/customized products are not eligible for returns unless damaged or defective.
- Defective or Damaged Items: Customers should take photos or videos of damaged or defective items upon receipt for documentation purposes.
Customer Responsibilities:
- Customers are responsible for packaging the item securely for return shipping, ensuring tags are intact, and the product is in its original condition.
